Bear with me, I’m a little out of it.
My day started at an ungodly hour this morning, wherein my brother-in-law dropped my sleepy butt off at the airport to start my journey to Bulgaria.
It’s been a rough couple of days, as it always is before I leave for a trip. I can’t believe how all you people keep managing to worm your way into my cold, black heart.
Anyhow, I’ve said goodbye to some of my favourite faces and right now am sitting in a really, absurdly comfortable chair in the Dublin International Airport. The Gravol is still coursing through my veins and causing me to nod off for a millisecond every few minutes. It’s making my dreams and reality blend together in a strange way. I swear, for a second there, I thought I was still on the plane. I wasn’t.
I have one more flight to go and then a trip to my hotel and then I can sleep my little face off.
Planes need to move much faster.
